After the 10 days add one of your favorite foods back into your diet. Wait and watch for the next 24 hours. If the baby has no reaction to the added food, you are o.k to continue to eat that food. After 3 days add another food from this list and give it the 24 hour test with your newborn. Continue on. If you eat a food and find your baby is reacting within the 24 hour period that will be a food that you will completely eliminate from your diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following list is a good sampling of gas producing foods. The first thing you may want to eliminate is dairy. Gluten is another food that causes intestinal upsets in a baby, so consider also avoiding gluten in your bland diet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a6vegetables\"><\/span>\ud83e\udd66<strong>Vegetables<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Broccoli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cabbage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cauliflower<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomato Juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cucumber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rhubarb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green Peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brussels Sprouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turnip Kale and lettuce (salad is one of the big offenders) Spinach seems to be fine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%f0%9f%8d%8efruits\"><\/span>\ud83c\udf4e<strong>Fruits<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apple (especially peels)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bananas (can cause constipation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citrus fruits :strawberries or berries especially<br>Figs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coconut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%f0%9f%8d%b5drinks\"><\/span>\ud83c\udf75<strong>Drinks<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dairy of any kind is a huge offender (lactose intolerance can provoke reflux in some babies)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coffee (even decaffeinated)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tea &#8211; Kombuca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carbonated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caffeinated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%f0%9f%8d%afmiscellaneous\"><\/span>\ud83c\udf6f<strong>Miscellaneous<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beans Oats (rolled oats are OK)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tofu (in large quantities) Chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatty or Fried Foods (fats take longer to digest) Glutton<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creamy food such as gravy, etc. (basically anything with a high fat
