Akal has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation since 2005. Akal Khalsa is a yogini and conscious childbirth expert. She tells us how we can create super-human babies by consciously conceiving and teaching the child everything about life when it is still in the womb.
She specializes in Pregnancy Yoga, Family yoga, Conscious Conception, Sound/Gong Healing, childbirth education classes, and is a mother to two boys. Also, a Registered Nurse for 25 years, she specializes in care for new moms and their newborns. Akal brings warmth, humor, and compassion to her classes and healings and puts her whole heart into sharing the teachings.
How mothers and babies shape each other’s nervous systems, patterns of stress and calming in the early weeks, how sleep develops in the newborn period, early regulation challenges such as colic, safe sleep and co-sleeping from a physiological perspective, and key postpartum mental health warning signs.
