As the owner of a Newborn Care Specialist placement agency, there is no other course I would recommend! When anyone comes to me looking to join the team I require they sign up for Nancy's course even if they have taken another one elsewhere! There is no other course that compares to Nancy's NCS course! She is knowledgeable, funny, and informative, and you learn so much from her in every video! Some of my caregivers have said it is like sitting down to coffee with a friend and getting years of NCS advice. The manual is super helpful to follow along with, and if you are thinking you don't need it you are wrong! Spend the extra money and get the manual! Nancy is so responsive whenever you have questions or concerns and will get back to your day or night. She is a wonderful resource, and I am so lucky to have found her!

The owner and founder, Nancy Hamm, is smart, funny, and above all laser focused on providing her students the tools and knowledge to aid new parents in transitioning home with a newborn. I have learned SO much from this course, and beyond that, Nancy is always available for questions and support. She is also a currently working professional Newborn Care Specialist and Sleep Training Coach, so she is constantly honing her skills and expanding on over 20 years of experience. She is up to date with the most recent research and has encyclopedic knowledge of all the baby products out there. I would highly recommend Gentle Ventures if you are looking to become a specialist in the infant/toddler field!

Nancy is absolutely wonderful! I'm currently a newborn nanny and have my own business, but hope to become a newborn care specialist in the near future.
