Curriculum for the Holistic Newborn Care Specialist Course
As you can see, it is NOT a basic course but includes many advanced subjects. This is a holistic course on how to naturally help your client and their newborn. We will delve into homeopathic, herbal, essential oils, home remedies, acupressure, and other natural modalities that would benefit everyone We are also the only course that includes a complete class on how to successfully start your own business (The ABC's of Starting your Business) and how to do consultations. This Curriculum is from the full-color manual that you receive if you order it with the class. The video class does not contain the numerous charts, grafts, illustrations, and articles the manual contains. Our classes use live demonstrations of techniques. This class covers newborn to 12 weeks of age.
CLASS 1:
Class 1 has multiple parts: Each segment is approximately one hour long. We talk about all things basic to newborns. We discuss the different modalities we will use with this holistic class and they include but are not limited to Homeopathy, Acupressure, Herbal, and Essential oils, Cranial Sacral, and Chiropractic care. CLASS 3
THE GIFT OF SLEEP
This entire class is devoted to Sleep Conditioning and Sleep Training. We talk about the difference between the two and we explain in complete detail on how to utilize each method. This is the most coveted class. You must know this to be a successful NCS. To be able to teach a newborn to sleep by 12 weeks for 12 hours straight is a real skill and not many people are able to do it gently and without stressing a baby.
